Ok. After trying a few host options I have given up trying to use a host. I could not find anything to upload html or css.
So, here is a zip of the necessary files. The included files do work and don’t have missing links.
Update: Sorry, but it has to be hosted live with all files on line because of all the relative paths to important files. ANY free web site will allow you to host your current pages so you or anyone can see how it looks.
